Delegates Begin March - Dissident Democratic convention delegates, led by Donald O. Peterson, chairman of the Wisconsin delegation, marched on Chicago's State st. Thursday toward the International Amphitheatre. Peterson said the purpose of the march, which was ended 16 blocks south of the Loop area, was to test the openness of the city.
