His funny bone was tickled with a giant red feather Tuesday night while Herb Shriner, Indiana comedian, was master of ceremonies of a television kick off for the 1953 Milwaukee County Community Chest campaign. The feather was wielded by Nancy Wright, a radio and television actress, and Richard Herzfeld, campaign chairman. The program was televised by WMTJ-TV, The Milwaukee Journal station.
