New York NY: Gov. Knowles accepted an award honoring Wisconsin for its anti-letter program in New York city Thursday. It was give by Reuben L. Perin (left) president of Keep America Beautiful Inc. Also present were Miss Jo An Cupery, Markesan, Wisconsin's "Alice in Dairyland" and Mrs. Knowles.
