South Vietnam's new strongman, Major General Nguyen Khanh is shown with Roman Catholic Archbishop of Saigon Nguyen Van Binh in the Vietnamese capital yesterday. Khanh received political and religious leaders for discussions on the formation of a new government. Buddhist leaders were received but they declined to be photographed.
