Washington: The Army's newest device for gathering information behind enemy lines - an instrument-packed pilotless plane - is displayed today at nearby Fort Myer, Virginia. The scout drone, known as the AN-USD-5, is 36 feet long and has a wing span of 24 feet. It is mounted on a mobile launching platform. United States - Army - Planes - Observatory.
