MSOE (Milwaukee School of Engineering) to hear officer discuss arsenal system ---Colonel Samuel Smellow, deputy commander of the army ordnance weapons command, Rock Island, Illinois, will be the principal speaker at the Milwaukee School of Engineering convocation luncheon Friday at the Milwaukee Athletic club. Smells will discuss engineering aspects of the arsenal system. He is a 1931 graduate of the United States military academy and received his master's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge.
