Colonel J. Tracy Hale, commanding officer of the 127th and 128th regiments of the 32nd division, was in Milwaukee last night with his bride of one day, the former Mrs. Ethel Lee. Mrs. Hale, Milwaukee county chairman of the Red Cross Hospital and Recreation...say he had "got in the way of a Jap bomb," had been overseas a year and four months in the Southern Pacific theater of war.
