Vietnam War - The "Malaysian Gate" is another deadly trap used by Viet Cong forces in South Vietnam. Razor-sharp bamboo stakes are fastened to a bent branch which whips out savagely at the tugging of a trip wire. A victim is skewered by such stakes. Vietnam war, North Vietnamese, booby traps.
