Brigadier General Ralph Zwicker and his wife, Dorothy, stopped briefly at Chicago Monday on the way to Tucson, Arizona. A special senate committee Monday recommended that the senate censure Senator McCarthy for "inexcusable" treatment of General Zwicker in a closed hearing last February.
