1961 Press Photo Commander Brumsted of Milwaukee to command nuclear sub

A former Milwaukeean will command a new nuclear powered submarine to be launched Saturday at the Portsmouth, New Hampshire naval shipyard. He is Commander Robert B. Brumsted, a 1945 graduate of the United States naval academy. The sub is named Tinosa and will be christened by the wife of New York Representative Samuel Stratton of Schenectady.
