Saluting a quarter century of service, 21 members of the class of 1924 were welcomed into The Milwaukee Journal 25 Year Club at a dinner Wednesday night at the Athletic Club. Harry J. Grant, chairman of the board of The Journal Co. talked with Miss Elsie C. Eifler, the only woman member of the new class. Other forty-niners include (from left) Edwin G. Watts, Charles Stenger, Edward J. Walsh (back), Charles F. Yahn, Wallace MacIver, Arno R. Fischer, Lewis W. Herzog (back), George W. Kuenn, Leslie L. Guerndt, Harold Broetzmann, Edward F. Lang, George W. Jahnke, Thomas A. Lathrop, Victor L. Hansen (hidden), Irwin Maier, Edwin A. Koffke, Oliver E. Kuechle and Joseph C. Hanauer. Two members were unable to attend because of illness.
