Hoisting his son, Andrew, 5, onto a motorcycle, Milwaukeean David Campbell was one of 100 Highway 45 as part part of Eaglethon, a fund raiser for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. About $20,000 was raised, said a Harley- Davidson spokesman.
