1963 Press Photo Winning Journal employees at the annual golf awards dinner

The Journal's annual employes' golf awards dinner was held October 15 at Turner hall with some 40 regular performers being in attendance. Included were major prize winners among them (left to right) Norman Goller, general office; Mel Benson, garage; John (Jack) Ross, advertising; Dick Kliebhan, composing; Carl Eckrich, Journal circulation. Eckrich and Heinzen tied for first place low net for the season, each with 72.3 strokes. The same schedule of play (five outings) is planned for next year. (Milwaukee Journal -- Sports -- Golf)
