President signs anti-monopoly bill- President Truman puts down his pen after signing an anti-monopoly bill designed to prevent business mergers which would tend to lessen competition. Attending the ceremony at the White House today are (left to right, standing): Senators Joseph C. O'Mahoney (D-Wyo), Kelauver (D-Tenn), Herbert O'Conor (D-MD) and William Langer (R-ND).
