University of Wisconsin - Madison - Sports Track His head and hands pointed upward, Ronald Richardson (center) of Boscobel breaks the tape to win first section of the class B 880 yard race. John Allen of Plymouth is a distant second. Bill Fehrke of Clintonville won the class B 880 yard.
