A biplane in the Experimental Aircraft museum at Franklin was the center of interest for students from Bay View high school. Air National guard Sergeant Richard Mildebrandt explained the plane to the students, who are constructing a similar model at school. Seventeen students and two instructors visited the museum Tuesday.
