Milwaukee, WI: John E. Stipp (right) retiring president of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, received a plaque Friday at the midyear meeting here of the Wisconsin Savings and Loan League. The presentation, at the Pfister Hotel, was made by Walter E. Klunk, president of First Northern Savings and Loan Association, Green Bay, and president of the state league.
