The "flying beetle," an experimental Brit-beetle hopped to a height of 40 feet in four onstration near Bedford, England. The beetle hopped to a height of 40 feet in four seconds. In addition to normal flight, the plane is supposed to be able to over and fly in reverse by directing jet exhausts in different directions.
