1984 Press Photo Hermit thrush trapped in phone booth in Theresa, Wisconsin

A hermit thrush was briefly held captive in a phone booth in Theresa (Dodge County). The door was closed on the bird after it had strayed into the glass enclosure. Some friendly observers freed the little bird after this picture was taken.
