Julius and Ethel Rosenberg and family - February 3-Vienna, Austria: A Hungarian Communist newspaper, "Noek Lapja", received here February 3, claims that film comedian Charlie Chaplin, now living in Switzerland, has taken steps to adopt the two sons of executed atom spies, Julius and Ethel Rosenberg.The boys, Robbie (left), 6, and Michael (right), 10, have been under the guardianship of the late Emanuel Bloch.
