Description
Los Angeles Zoo - A male black rhinoceros (left) got a kiss from a female rhino when they were introduced at the Los Angeles zoo. The six year old male arrived two months ago from Quebec, but the pair had only fond glances for one another as they had been separated by a fence. Zoo officials decided it was time for them to meet. Both animals were shy at the first meeting, with the male snorting at the female, until she broke the ice with this kiss. Animals.

Photo is dated 1968.

Photo measures 8 x 9.5 inches.
