1942 Press Photo Charlotte Wollaeger Dean of Women at Lawrence College

Charlotte Wollaeger Dean of Women at Lawrence Miss Wollaeger, member of the Shorewood High school faculty since 1934, has been named dean of women at Lawrence college, Appleton, it was announced Friday. Miss Wolleager graduated from the University of Wisconsin and took post graduate work at Northwestern and Columbia universities. She is a member of Pi Beta Phi and Mortar Board. Before joining the Shorewood High school faculty as a teacher of English and speech, she taught at Haverford Township High school in Philadelphia, Downers Grove, Illinois High school and Wausau, Wisconsin High school. A smorgasbord featured the annual get-together of the Shorewood school board and faculty members in the Shorewood High school cafeteria Monday night, Leo J. Landry (center), board director, was in charge of the affair. With him at the smorgasbord are Miss Charlotte Wollaeger (left) and Miss Dorothy Knoelk, who are teachers in the speech department of the high school.
