Washington - Announce New Policy - Harold E. Stassen, President Eisenhower's disarmament aide, and Secretary of State Dulles today announce that from now on Stassen will operate under the policy guidance of Dulles instead of reporting directly to the president. They talked with newsmen at the White House after conferring with Eisenhower. Dulles holds a sheet of paper apparently containing notes he made during the meeting.
