Rosita Torres (left), a psychotherapist, and Gabriella Caballero Moersfelder, a chemical dependency counselor, are using their skills to aid area Hispanics in need of substance abuse or mental health counseling. The women agree that one of their challenges is convincing some of those in need to seek help. Their work through programs at Waukesha Memorial Hospital is helping to break down some of the barriers and develop services specially for Hispanics.
