Bill Signing - Chief Judge Michael T. Sullivan was on hand Friday as Wisconsin Acting Governor Schreiber signed several bills in ceremonies at the Milwaukee County Courthouse. One of the bills allows jury trials to be conducted on primary or general election days. The bill had been requested by the Milwaukee County Board of Judges.
