Traffic signs such as this one being erected Tuesday morning on N. Prospect Ave. direct that the right-hand lane be restricted to buses, bicycles and right-hand turns during the evening rush hour from Knapp St. to North Ave. Morning traffic will have the same restrictions on N. Farwell Ave. Both streets are one way.
