Sarah Casper and Christa Greene, both 10, make their way over a fallen tree on the sidewalk near East Capitol Drive in Hartland Thursday afternoon. Damage in Hartland was so severe that Wisconsin Bell workers could not enter the area Friday to repair fallen lines.
