A worker becomes part of the pattern as he helps finish an outside wall of the Urban Mass Transportation Project. The Downtown Transit Center, at East Michigan Avenue and North Lincoln Memorial Drive, is part of the Northwest Corridor express bus project. Buses will roll from the $33 million center by the end of the year. Transportation Milwaukee
