Two men were released on $12,000 personal recognizance bonds after making their initial court appearances Tuesday on charges they vandalized crypts at Arlington Cemetery, 4001 South 27th Street, Greenfield. Christopher G. Smith (above), 18, of 5401 South Tuckaway Circle, Greenfield, and Warren J. Peinar (right), 19, of 2328 West Verona Court, Milwaukee, were released on bonds matching the amount of the amount of damage they allegedly did to the cemetery February 4. The men were ordered to appear at a preliminary hearing February 26 before Court Commissioner Audrey Brooks.
