James Schlosser is leaving as head of West Bend's Public Works Department. West Bend - Public Works Director Jim Schlosser will trade his job with the city for a position in private industry June 3, after five years as a department head and 17 years in the city's employ. Schlosser, who earns $30,000 a year with the city, has accepted the responsibilities of public relations director and consultant with Fabco Equipment Incorporated, in Milwaukee.
