Mark Schrank assists Robert Turov with computer graphics The project that led to 11 technically trained newcomers to the United States getting four days of computer-graphics training at the University of Wisconsin Extension Center for Continuing Education started with a call for volunteer technical-skills evaluators that appeared in The Journal's Lifestyle Wanted: Volunteers column of April 28, 1991. Mark Shrank, who lives in Burlington and is an assistant professor in business administration at Robert Morris College in Chicago, responded to the notice.
