Welcome to Milwaukee. The new general manager of AC Spark Plug Division of General Motors was introduced to Milwaukee businessmen Tuesday at a reception at the Pfister Hotel. AC Spark Plug, based in Flint, Michigan, operates the large plant in Oak Creek where catalytic convertors are made for GM cars. Shown (from left) are L.B. Smith, chairman of A.O. Smith Corp.; John R.
