1989 Press Photo Snappy Steppers in West Allis, perform at various festivals

The Snappy Steppers brought their lively marches to the residents of Methodist Manor, 3023 S. 84th Street, West Allis, on Thursday. The troupe performs for senior citizens groups and had appeared in the City of Festivals Parade, at the State Fair and at West Allis Western Days.
