1992 Press Photo Colin Cabot inspects theater at Skylight Opera Theatre

Colin Cabot inspects the main theater and orchestra pit at the new home of the Skylight Opera Theatre, under renovation at 158 N. Broadway, int eh Third Ward. Cabot is a member of the company's board of directors and is in charge of the building project. The $5.5 million project is expected to be completed in time for the opening of the Skylight's 1993-94 season in October of next year. Theatre X, a tenant in the building, will perform in a separate part of the building this month> Beckley/Myers Architects, of Milwaukee, designed the renovation and DG Beyer Inc., Wauwatosa, is the general contractor.
