Arrowhead's Gretchen Sommerfeldt clears a hurdle ahead of other runners during a triangular meet Thursday at Watertown High School. Sommerfeldt sails through the air during the long-jump competition. She continued her dominance in the short hurdles and pulled off a victory in the long jump, winning with a leap of 14 feet 7.5 inches. She also won the 100 hurdles in 16.2 and finished second in the 300 intermediate hurdles in 50.8. Track High School
