1994 Press Photo Priscilla Blight, New York, as stilted fairy, Summerfest parade

After performing in the daily Summerfest Carnival Parade, Prescilla Blight from New York strolls the Summerfest grounds Thursday afternoon. The 3 p.m. parade, sponsored each day by WTMU-TV (Channel 4), features community organizations, bands, jester, and costumed characters. Blight performed on stilts and called herself the "So-Be-It Fairy."
