City Truck drivers, off their jobs for the second day Wednesday, marched from their union headquarters to the common council budget meeting in city hall. The men, members of local 33 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, have been protesting the city's 1964 wage offer. Negotiations have ended in a stalemate.
