Youngsters put the finishing touches on their sand castle at a contest at City Beach on Lac la Belle in Oconomowoc. The contest was sponsored by the city's Department of Recreation and Parks. Karin White, 11; Patrina White, 7, and Kim Latzke, 11, (from left) took first place in their division.
