President Moise Tshombe of Katanga province stands in front of a life-size portrait of himself which hangs in the new press club in Elisabethville. Tshombe was on hand last week for the formal opening of the club, instituted by himself to express his thanks to foreign newsmen for what he termed "good reporting" during the recent fighting in the Katanga capital.
