Memorial Day is for remembering the men and women who have died during times of war, so a little cold weather shouldn't matter. Some hardy folks endured a brisk day Monday in Thiensville, Wisconsin, to watch the parade. Sandy Provo and her daughter, Mattie, 3, watch the speaking program after the parade was finished. Other parades were held in several communities in Ozaukee and Washington Counties.
