Fritz Usinger's dinner preference runs to steak, but he enjoys the traditional a.m. and p.m. sausage breaks at the plant. "I always eat lunch here." he said. "Monday is weiner day. I start getting cravings. I have to have my two weiners at 2 and 10 on Mondays."
