Milwaukee - Sentenced - Stephen Serebin sits in court. A circuit judge has sentenced Serebin, a former nursing home administrator, to up to six years in prison in connection with the death of an elderly patient and the neglect of others. The charges stem from the death of Bruno Dreyer, 78, who wandered away from the Glendale Convalescent Center in 1976 and died of exposure.
