Can't Talk-- President Reagan, standing Friday with Mrs. Reagan and freed hostage David Jacobsen, told reporters in Washington that he could not answer questions about "anything to do with this without endangering the people that we are trying to rescue." Jacobsen pleaded with reporters seeking comment on the reported Iranian connection to freeing of hostages in Lebanon: "In the name of God, will you please just be responsible and back off!" The Reagan's welcomed Jacobsen back from 17 months captivity in Lebanon.
