Vern Olsen of Fort Atkinson worked from a bucket Wednesday morning as he tried to repair power lines off Highway 18 west of Waukesha. Olsen, who works for Wright Tree Service of Fort Akinson, was helping Wisconsin Electric Power Co. during a recent snow storm.
