Brigadier General Elliott Roosevelt waited at Union station in Washington with his wife (second from left) and his sisters-in-law as the body of the president was transferred Saturday from the special train to a horse drawn caisson. The sisters-in-law are (from left) Mrs. John Roosevelt, Mrs. Franklin Roosevelt, jr. and Mrs. James Roosevelt.
