1983 Press Photo Balloons floated down during the United Way victory dinner

Balloons floated down on celebrating volunteer workers at the United Way victory dinner Friday night. The drive this year not only exceeded the goal but also collected the highest amount raised in Milwaukee in history. The drive raised $17,650,474.
