Mr. and Mrs. Sargent Shriver have bought a huge rambling house overlooking Nantucket Sound. House was formally owned by, Col. J. Frank Drake, 84, former president and chairman of the board of the Gulf Oil Corp. The house is about 250 yards from the Kennedy Compound in Hyannis Port. The price is reported to be about $250,000.
