Orlando Jons Tardeneillas Espinoso, a 19-year-old Nicaraguan soldier who was captured last year in Ecuador , talks to reporters at the U.S. State Department March 12. He said he had not been trained by Cubans and that he was in El Salvador on his own "as a revolutionary" and that he had seen no other foreigners fighting in the country.
