1986 Press Photo Clown Bob Slater in City of Festivals Parade, Milwaukee

Bob Slater did some clowning around at the City of Festivals Parade Saturday. The 51 year old Mequon stockbroker marched in the parade in a clown costume as a temporary member of the Milwaukee Metro Clown Club Alley 37. The clown group had 28 other clowns in the parade.
