Hintze, manager of purchasing and contract bidding for the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, at the Crossroads '83 Minority Fair at he Red Carpet Hotel. the fair, sponsored by the Milwaukee Association of Purchasing Management, is designed to bring together vendors from minority-owned businesses and purchasing professionals in southeastern Wisconsin.
